The Early Adopter Program is a special initiative where select users are given early access to new features and updates before they are available to the general public. Participants provide valuable feedback that helps shape the product’s direction a
What are the benefits of joining our Early Adopters Program?
You're helping us build and shape the BizzyCar platform! You get our newest features first in exchange for assistance with testing and providing feedback. Your feedback is crucial and can influence further development of the feature. Feedback helps us ensure the features we are developing are complete and polished before we release them to our full customer base.
How does testing new features work?
Our Product team or your Customer Success Manager will send an email detailing how the new feature works and the benefits it offers. If you’re interested, you can opt in to help us test it. You can choose which features to try (though we encourage you to explore everything!). We understand if you need to pause on providing feedback or can’t meet our timelines.
What if I find a bug?
If you find a bug while trying out a new feature, you can report it directly to the Product Manager you are working with. BizzyCar is able to turn features on/off for you very quickly. We aim to fix bugs in active development as soon as possible
What if I find a feature gap?
If something about the feature isn’t working for you, we encourage you to report it to the Product Manager assigned to the feature. We want your feedback, after all, you’re the product experts! The team will evaluate the feedback and prioritize your request if it has been selected for development.
What are the risks of joining the program?
Before a feature is moved into beta (aka ready for Early Adopters to give feedback), it goes through testing by our developers, product managers, QA and support teams. Since everyone works a little differently and may have different configurations, we cannot account for every scenario, and this is where you come in! Once we are confident a feature has been thoroughly checked internally, we will ask our Early Adopter crew for help. However, you can expect from time to time to help us find bugs or gaps with the new feature, but we view this as an opportunity to help us improve the feature via a feedback loop.
What is expected of our Early Adopters?
We love feedback - and we love it even more when you test and try everything possible within a feature. We want our product experts (you!) to help us fill the gaps that we may have missed. So what exactly do you need to do? A Product Manager may ask you to complete a series of tasks via email and report back or they may see if you are available to do a short user testing session. Even if you love the feature and it’s working well, we want to hear from you! We hope you will provide thoughtful and timely feedback when given the opportunity.
What does the commitment look like?
Expect to hear from us 2-3 times a quarter.
Can I opt out?
Yes, of course. Or, if you prefer to pass the baton to someone else at your organization, we are open to someone at your company taking your spot. You may also exit the Early Adopter program at any time.
