Driver Settings and Configuration for Dealerships

Driver Management                                                                           

Create a New Driver                                                

1. Go to https://www.bizzycar.com/sign-in and log in to your account.

2. Once logged in, click Drivers from the left panel, then click Create Driver.       

   

3. Enter the required details: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Mobile Phone (used for mobile app login).  

4. Set Driver Type to Mobile Service Truck.       

5. Set Status to Active.

6. Assign Service Areas (by ZIP code).

7. (Optional) Choose a Driver Color for map/calendar views. 

   
   
   

8. Set the Driver's Availability:                  

   • Under Days of the Week Available, set the Driver's working days: yellow for selected, gray for unselected. 
     

      

        

• Under Time Frames, set the Driver's appointment hours and maximum daily appointments.       

                   

• Optionally, click Add Another to add multiple time blocks per day.

               

• Under Time Frames, click Same time frame for every day box to apply a fixed daily schedule for the driver.
  
  
  
  

9. Click Create to apply the settings.                                                                                  

                                                                                                                                 

Edit a Driver's Settings

1. Click Drivers from the left panel, then Edit next to the driver of your choice.

   
   

2. Update the Driver's details as needed.

    

3. Click Update to apply all changes.                                                          

Snooze a Driver                                     

1. Click Drivers from the left panel, then Edit next to the driver of your choice.
   
   

2. Scroll down to Time Frames, then click the Snooze Driver Availability icon.

   
   

3. Choose a snooze duration. Select your preferred weekly option, then click Apply.

   
   

4. To set a custom date range, click Custom, select your preferred dates, then click Apply.   

    

    

            

5. Click Update to apply all changes.                                                                     

Deactivate a Driver            

1. Click Drivers from the left panel, then Edit next to the driver of your choice. 
   
   

2. Under Status, select Inactive from the dropdown list. 

      

        

3. Click Update to apply all changes.                                                                          

Delete a Driver

1. Click Drivers from the left panel.

2. Click Delete next to the driver you wish to remove.
