Viewing a Technician’s Daily Calendar

Technician’s Daily Calendar               

FlightBoard: Daily Calendar                     

• Select a driver from the dropdown list to view and manage their appointments.

• The selected technician’s schedule will show on the Daily Calendar. 

• You can view up to 4 drivers' schedule at a time.
  
  

   

• Grayed-out times indicate when a technician is unavailable. 

  

To view past or future dates:
Use the date selector to choose your preferred day.         

To see appointment details:
Select an appointment from the Daily Calendar or Live Map to view:

• Schedule and appointment number       

• Drive time and return time

• Appointment creator

• Vehicle owner details (name, phone, email, address)

• Vehicle info (YMM, VIN)

Technician’s Appointment Summary

FlightBoard: Appointment Summary

1. From the Daily Calendar, scroll down and click View Summary.

   
   

2. Select the driver from the dropdown.   

   

                                      

3. Compare the Estimated Time of Repair and Actual Time of Repair (tracked via the mobile app).
