Getting Started for Dealerships: Web Portal and FlightBoard Overview

Log into the Web Portal      

• Go to https://www.bizzycar.com/sign-in and log in to your account.                 

Access the FlightBoard                             

• Once logged in, click FlightBoard from the left panel.

FlightBoard Overview                                  

The FlightBoard provides a real-time view of your mobile service appointments and technician locations.                                      

• The Live Map and Daily Calendar display ongoing appointments and status updates.  

• Technicians are color-coded on both views.   

                                                                                                

Tracking Technicians and Appointments    

To view a technician’s schedule, select their name from the Driver dropdown list.       

• You can select up to four drivers to view at once.     

• The Daily Calendar shows appointment time, client details, drive time (via Google Maps), and return time to the dealership.     

         

    

Live Map Appointment Sequence

• Numbers (1, 2, 3…) indicate the order of appointments.      

• As technicians complete jobs in the mobile app, numbers turn into check marks.

• Refresh the page for the latest status.
