1. Start the Job
➔ Tap the Start Job button to begin working on the appointment.                                                                                       

 

2. Work Through Your Repair List
The Work in Progress screen will display all required services for this appointment.

 

  

3. Access Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)
For recall appointments:
• Any relevant TSBs will be accessible on this screen for guidance.
• Always check TSBs for OEM-approved repair procedures.
