In this guide, you’ll learn how to use the new messaging feature in the mobile app.
Send a Message
- Log into your BizzyCar mobile app
- From the Appointment Details, tap the chat bubble icon.

- From the Customer Center screen, you can send a new message or view your message history with customers.
Tap the + icon to message the customer of an upcoming appointment..png?width=200&height=343&name=HB%20Assets%20for%20Text%20Version%20(36).png)
- Type your message and hit send.

Note: The chat bubble is available on every screen of the mobile app.
Access Message History from the Web Portal
1. Log into the BizzyCar web portal https://www.bizzycar.com/sign-in
2. Go to the FlightBoard, select a Driver, then choose an Appointment from the Live Calendar.
3. From the Appointment Details screen, click the Car Icon.

4. Click the dropdown and select Communication History.

5. Review past SMS exchanges between the technician and customer.
